Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

I love the app because I can add it to Google Calendar or Samsung Calendar and set reminders. Plus it automatically sends reminders from the application a couple of days prior. I can pay my bill or copay from the app. I can send questions to any of my doctors. All around a great app. I would give this app a 10 out of 10, but it only allows 5 stars. Lol

Can easily get to home page options. However, once you choose a category to review (I e. Medication) you can work within that category but there is no way back to home page. No arrow back, swiping doesn't work, and dots in upper right don't give a go back or home page option. Something seems amiss with app functionality. I logged in again and same thing happens when scheduling appointments etc.

The medical side of the app is very helpful to me as a patient, however the providers rely too heavily on its billing functionality...for instance, I am not the bill payer in the house, so any billing info to my app confuses things. Also an emergency room visit can generate billing in the app, and bills from other providers outside the app. This becomes a mess to figure out. And am told there is no way to make the billing info disappear.
