About this app
The Sam app is an application made available to all Taxelco drivers (Diamond, Hochelaga, Téo Taxi) in Montreal, Quebec.
It provides drivers with visibility into their operational and accounting activity. The application also facilitates interactions and administrative procedures between Member Services agents and drivers.
The application allows drivers who wish to join the company to complete their registration by providing their information and the required documents.
For drivers who are already members of Taxelco, they can log in or create their account and then benefit from the following 3 modules:
Revenues. This module displays the financial disclosure of past, current and future payments as well as invoices generated by the company.
Races. This module offers visibility on the history of races.
Coupons. The driver can submit his ECR coupons and receipts directly in this module by photographing it and entering the related details.

This is good. Since it allows the taxi drivers not to go until Taxelco to deposit the coupons. The idea of proving the taxi drivers of such a tool is excellent. For it aims to better the service. I don`t know if there is any other taxi company which puts such a tool at their driver`s disposal. That is why I congratulate Taxelco for it. But there are a lot of issues that need to be solved : 1 - Sometimes the coupons have been treated, but the app says it`s not comptabilized . 2. A client has given me a coupon, and the app says it has already existed falsely. 3 . The app doesn`t treat all the coupons. Why should I bring part of my coupons to the company if I have an app at my disposal ? 3. The info in the app is different from the one in the invoices sent to the drivers periodically. While preparing a repport relating revenues earned the app should insure me not confuse me.

Samsung s22 ultra doesn't work anymore, it was working before, recently doesn't work. Anyway it is very helpful for the driver, but in iPhone it is still working.

Pire que la précédente version, performance journalière n'existe plus. Aucune information dans l'appli couleur noir rien d'autre, pour la taille de la compagnie elle pouvait faire mieux beaucoup mieux même. Je suis très déçu.
