FOUND SOLUTION! Like everyone lately I've been having issues with the app giving me a network error pop up and not letting me do anything, and having to uninstall/reinstall to get the log in screen. I did manage to figure out how to get it to work though! Tap the menu button and hit sign out after the error message, and it will let you sign in. This has worked so far for me, hope this helps everyone!

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try updating the app to the latest version! If you continue experiencing network errors, sign out of your account by selecting the three bars on the left and tapping "Sign out" at the bottom. When you log in again, your app should be up and working. Hope this helps!

I used to love this app but, it has been horrible for the past 2 weeks. I called technical support and they had me uninstall and reinstall. I have had to do this several times since. The update did not improve anything. 01/15/24 - please fix this app!! All Android users consistently get network error. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times & gain access only on the initial entry. Once you close out it errors out again. This is very frustrating!

Unable to reliably use the app. Started off as an intermittent issue with "Unexpected network error occurred" popping up on launch and not giving the option to sign in. It's no longer an intermittent issue, it's now almost every time I try to use the app. I have tried clearing cache, force stopping and relaunching. Restarting phone. Not sure if the issue is actually in the app or Suncoast servers because the only solution I've found that works sometimes is waiting 1/2 an hr. No guarantees tho.
