Horrible with deposits. I can read the watermark and all text with photos taken, but deposits still don't go through. I have to take 6 or more pics every time I make a deposit. I just did 2 checks in a row. One check went through, 1 did not. So it's not my phone/ camera! It's the app:(

I've used suncoast credit union for almost 11 years. Its been nothing but issues for the last 2-3 years. What makes this a 1 star is how glitchy the app is. Having to reinstall it several times to get it to work. And on top of that, when i got my new debit card zelle wouldnt work. I had to contact customer support and they told me they longer affiliate with zelle anymore since they have a pay a person option which sucks horribly. I may be looking for a new bank that offers zelle.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has problems with this the only way I can use the app is after using it I have to uninstall it then reinstall it if I want to reuse it because it will not let you access your account after you close the app it is constantly saying unexpected network error I've recently searched for any updates on my phone to make sure it's not a phone issue if this can't be resolved soon going to close my account after my next payday I don't really want to but!!

If you continue experiencing network errors, sign out of your account by selecting the three bars on the left and tapping "Sign out" at the bottom. When you log in again, your app should be up and working, hope this helps!
