It's a pretty basic banking app, not a lot of features but enough to be useful. I have had the app for three or four years now. I used it with no issues then all of the sudden started having some of the problems other people have talked about- no internet when I was definitely connected or a screen just loading. It was my VPN from Lookout once I disabled it no more problems. I figured it out when I got a new phone and the VPN started causing other problems. Not sure if other VPNs cause same prob.

2 years ago I would of rated the OE mobile app 5 stars. But in the last year & half it has become very problematic when logging in. Half the time it will not open. Just sits with the message of "Taking longer than normal to open". I have to restart my phone each time to get the app to open. I'm running the latest version. It's gotten quite frustrating.

The app was working good until OE3 updated thier banking system. Now the app is slower. The pay down to zero value is never correct. You have to scroll more and enter more numbers to make transfers. Accounts don't show new values after transfers and bill pays unless you actually click on them, and even then, it may not update. The old version was faster and more accurate. Why doesn't the back button work? Every time I try to click the accounts button, I click a stupid website banner that pops up
