About this app

At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our doctors, nurses, and specialists work as a team to give patients the best possible care. To support our patients and caregivers during this process, we offer access to a patient portal, MyMSK.

You can download and log in to the MyMSK app to securely:

• See your medical information.

• View and share your test results.

• Manage your appointments.

• Save appointment details to your calendar on your mobile device.

• Connect to telemedicine visits.

• Message your care team.

• Request prescription refills.

• Fill out health questionnaires.

• Read patient education information.

• View and pay bills.

You can create a MyMSK account on the MyMSK app or at my.mskcc.org using your enrollment ID. To get an enrollment ID, please ask your doctor’s office or call our Help Desk at 800-248-0593.

Great app but, many times I get error "cannot connect to server" Sometimes disconnecting WiFi helps, which is odd, but then without WiFi it will be slow to navigate through portal. Seems this issue is also more early in the morning. Other than that, provides great needed information. I can provide screenshots, if that would help developers troubleshoot cause. {=^D

No More Updates, Please!! Everytime there's an update the app gets worst and worst. I don't get reminders anymore. I can't log in with just a passcode anymore. There are times I can't access my calendar. I can't access some messages they are blank. This is definitely very helpful when it works. Please understand this is critical for us patients.

For the past 2 to 3 weeks the Android version of the app doesnt launch. If one attempts to open the app, an error message is spawned saying that I have no internet connection: note that I'm doing this review in the Android app store, the internet isn't the issue. Fortunately, I have an iphone else I wouldn't be able to use the app at the hospital or enroute to appointments.
