Terrible app. Like others I got locked into the email verification loop. I used android split screen to finally work around it. Then I got stuck in the "building experience" and had to call. Luckily they fixed that quickly. Even once logged in the app is terrible. Half the pages you can't go back from. It's some hack of web page and app that is just terrible.

This app is nearly impossible to use. So frustrating. Not only is the design garbage because it is difficult to navigate, but just opening the app is a pain. If you have to reset your password you then have to navigate to your email. when you navigate back to the previous page the whole page resets and makes you go through all the steps again, making it impossible to enter the recovery code. Scrap the whole thing and start over, your patients deserve better.

Memorial Herman should be ashamed to have their name associated with this. Constant redirecting to log in once you have logged in, can't access any features since you are constantly cues to log back in (immediately after logging in and glitching). It's more frustrating than it's worth. Now, I'm able to pull up prior radiology reports yet the one I need is no longer the correct report but has been replaced with a duplicate copy of a different body partX-ray. I have no access to the records needed
