Needs so much work. This app is so frustrating to deal with. Getting test results to load is like pulling teeth. There's about a 30 second delay when you click on anything, followed by nothing loading. Every. Single. Time. I have to exit back out (which takes it another minute) then click it again and hope it finally loads. Also, I've NEVER successfully been able to open a letter or message from a provider in the app. Nothing. It will not load. I gave up on even trying about a year ago.

Whenever I try to use an Intermountain service, my credentials are wrong without fail. Whether that be immediately after resetting the password or not. At first I thought it was me, but after copy/pasting the text dozens of times now and still running into this, it's not. I'm always forced to reach out to customer service for something as basic as logging in. I've brought this up dozens of times, but I'm hoping dropping their review score gets it fixed faster. As an app dev myself, this is sad.

I have been using the app as well as the website for many years. The app is slow, but recently it stopped working to view any lab results at all. When I contacted tech support, they made the assumption that I was waiting for covid results, and told me to check back in a couple days. I get labs done every week and can always view them the same day. I tried refreshing as suggested, and it still doesn't work, it hasn't worked in weeks. It also still doesn't work on the actual website as well.
