Update:. App has significantly improved. They listened and added quick transfers. They've also since added a biometric sign in which is great. I give 4 1/2. The app is improving. There had been a lot of going back and forth to transfer money, but that's been simplified. App occasionally goes down but I give it a 4 since the improvements. Thanks. Update:. 3/30/22 I feel that FCU has done their best to make the app user friendly. I'm pleased with each improvement.

Good layout poor execution. App regularly crashes. Is probably the slowest app on my phone, hit a button and wait 60 seconds. The button to even review it has locked on me several times. The auto capture feature for checks barely works. Will take front of check image but almost always fail on the back to timeout. Then will work on the reattempt. So many issues. Ran out of room.

The app is solid. From account overview to scheduled transfers and day early direct deposit set up. Additional you can check Fico score as well. I think the only thing that may be a bit frustrating is that depending on what other banks you have, sending and receiving transfers could take days. Although that could just be a verification time line. All in all, it's a good app.
