The updated version of this app sucks compared to the old one. I have trouble navigating. Constant having to relog in to do a simple loan payment. Transactions are not shown immediately anymore and the totals go blank after payments made. Difficult menus to navigate and very slow. Absolute downgrade from the old system they had and even the bank got worse going in person. I called them about my account and was put on hold. Drove to the bank 30 min away and was still on hold walking in.

Not sure what was wrong with the setup in the old app, but the new one is entirely less intuitive for me. On top of that, none of my recurring payments show even though I know they're still there because the payments do happen when I had set them. The sidebar also opens up constantly when I'm just trying to click on something or slide a page up or down.

The app is often times very slow or just outright doesn't work. Attempting to pay off and close a loan through the app consistently keeps you on the same page where you think it's loading but nothing ever happens. Accidentally pulling up the sidebar is way too easy from just barely swiping your finger left, this sometimes resets your location on the page you're using. Not very user-friendly and just feels all around slow. If you can, do yourself the favor and just use their browser website.
