I would give it five stars as it is the best way to navigate around the capital region if you're using the bus, but it is plagued by bugs. Sometimes the app doesn't work. Sometimes your money won't load when you need it to so there is definitely some issues but when it is working fine it does work well.... And when it's glitching you can forget about it. That seems to be happening more often since I wrote the beginning of this a lot of times.

It's an improvement over the last app for sure! I think it is still clunky and you still can't always trust the arrival times but they are reasonably accurate most of the time. I'm having trouble adding a new payment method, it will just show the processing screen for like 20 minutes straight and still nothing will happen. Need to fix it! Thanks.

Once you get used to it, the overhauled app is more functional than the old version. It's the connection to the servers that's spotty: currently, the actual arrival times of buses is far out of sync with that the app reports, when it reports anything at all (at the time of this review, li e location and route schedules have been down for 2 days).
