Five Steps to Remember

1 Add a new Bible memory verse

The Bible memory app Remember Me offers various options to save a Bible memory text to your device. You can
- enter any text manually
- retrieve a verse from a variety of Bible versions
- download Bible memory verse collections from other users

2 Commit a Bible verse to memory

Studying a Bible verse gets fun if you apply a variety of methods.
- Listen to it
- Hide random words
- Make it a puzzle
- Display first letters or empty word lines
- Type its first letters

3 Use topics and images

Not everybody is good with numbers - and you don't need to be to to memorize with a system. Add a topic or an image to your Bible memory verse and it will help you pick out the right Bible verse from your memory.

4 Review memorized Bible verses

Once you have committed a memory verse, it shows up for review in the "Due" box. Start a series of Bible flashcards to review the verses. Say the Scripture memory verse aloud, flip the card, and check if you got it right.
Spaced Repetition makes sure you review newly memorized Bible verses often, but don't forget well known Bible memory verses either.

5 Redeem the time

Make the most of every opportunity. The best Bible memory apps work because you can take the two minutes during which you are brushing your teeth to memorize Scripture. Keep Remember Me with you and use it during those natural pause moments of life.

I liked this app A LOT before the update. I understand the reasons the developers made the update. I'm hoping the team can now fix some of the accompanying flaws. The audio lags significantly when typing the first letter of each word, and if I type too quickly, it cuts out words entirely. The app also doesn't require me to type the reference anymore, which I really need to make it stick. When it reads my list of verses, it only says the reference at the beginning now. Please look into this!

In your account settings, you can check the box "Include reference in learning". That will make the reference part of studying and reviewing verses.

Interface and help menu are a little tricky to figure out, but I really appreciate the different verse review functions. Best feature to me? The ability to do flashcards and record yourself saying the verse before you flip it, and then immediately hearing whatbyou said to check yourself! I use it to learn verses in Chinese. The app's reading voice is really not bad! Not a bad alternative to "Bible Memory" (formerly "Scripture Typer"), esp. since it is free!

This is a terrific app with great options for memorizing the Bible. I especially love that I don't have to have perfect spelling and grammar when I type the verses so I can go more quickly. Four stars is because I'd love the app to have more of a tutorial so that it explains the different features rather than having to figure them out. I also would love the cloud blur feature to have a swipe bar option so that I can start with most of the words cloudy rather than most of them clear. Thanks! ❤
