With the MyCenturaHealth app, patients and family members can our Centura Health patient portal on an Android device. The app contains many of the same features as the MyCenturaHealth patient portal website, allowing patients to view test results, send and receive messages with a provider, schedule and confirm upcoming appointments, and view visit summaries for past appointments. Through this app, users can also request and pay for medication refills, view billing statements and pay balances due, review a health summary and view when preventive care procedures are due.

If you select "cancel appointment", you will get a pop-up confirmation that the "cancellation has been sent", but the appointment never gets canceled, and you get a nasty-gram from your provider for an aleged no-call, no-show. This has happened twice. Don't put a cancel appointment button in the app if it's not good for s**t. App Design 101.

Once I got the hang of it, what I like is being able to see test results, provider comments, and to communicate (to some extent) with providers. I wish there was a category for billing and insurance coordination - I've had issues that have been challenging, time consuming, and frustrating to resolve (many phone calls back and forth) - if I could communicate via the portal, it seems like the process could be streamlined; maybe quicker; maybe, better documented.

Permanently locked out of the app, with no support getting access to my account available. It sends me to the password reset screen but will not let me confirm my identity. It just freezes, I've unistalled the app several times and checked my signal. There needs to be support options available that work.
