About this app

This app will help you to release tension, find greater calm, improve your coordination and free up your breathing.

The app is based on the Alexander Technique, a wonderful method which will help you experience newfound freedom and ease in everything you do.

By listening to one of the 100+ audio guides on the app you can find more ease in standing, walking, computer work, bending, music making, carrying a backpack, running, sleeping, speaking, biking.…you name it.

Benefits of the Alexander Technique:

Suppose you plan to work on your computer. Select the 'computer devices' category, then tap the 'desktop computer' audio guide and get help releasing unnecessary tension while working at your computer.

You can opt to repeat the audio guide if you would like to be reminded after 5 or 15 minutes.
It is also possible to fast forward or rewind as you wish.

A fantastic app. Full of practical tips and practices for releasing tension, moving through daily activities with ease and efficiency, breathing, mindfulness...Offers a wealth of information in a clear, accessible way. Ideal for anyone already exposed to the Alexander Technique, as well as anyone interested in greater body awareness and quality of movement. Highly recommend!

I like the app and find the subscription worth it, but it's a bit buggy as the audio tracks don't always play. Really great for those of us that have taken lessons and could use more reinforcement

Thanks for your feedback! Mostly this is caused by battery saving settings on your mobile phone. Please go to: Settings > Apps > 3 dot menu > Special Access > Optimise Battery Usage -- and turn this off for my app. Also try: Settings > Apps, > 3 dot menu > Special Access > Allow app while data saver on --- Turn this on. Let me know if this works!
