WORST EXPERIENCE The vans aren't much cheaper than a rental company and you have to be lucky that the owner is giving maintenance.In my case the van stopped in the middle of the highway, and the insurance only provide a normal car as replacement, the app company doesn't provide replacement as well, refund is difficult.As result I will need to rent another van, get my stuff that got locked in the van I rented in the app, and finish my moving another day.If you need a van go with a rental company.

DO NOT USE. app is outdated and confusing. payment system doesn't always work. also they use a lot of bait and switch practices to charge more. customer service is useless giving dismissive answers and not helping.
