Love the app, but I didn't use it for a month or so and it updated. One update I like is being able to focus on a specific muscle group with the generator. One thing I don't like is that the random wod generator used to start by picking any specifics you want with the suggested WODs. Now you have to go into the preferences. Not a huge deal but i felt it was more user friendly previously.

Works great. I like the variety of workouts & the ability to build my own. I wish there were a little more detailed functionality on choosing / limiting exercises & equipment, & there might be with the paid version. But this is great for giving me something to do when I don't have a pre-planned training workout. It's also helpful to scroll through a few workouts for ideas, then build one yourself.

Wish it generated more diverse workouts. It seems it comes up with similar routines and exercises and doesn't utilize all of the available equipment I have access to. I've changed up the settings multiple ways but it still doesn't generate well. My favorite routines are the ones I've come up with myself. I love that I can save and edit them and that it shows me how to do certain exercises I'm unfamiliar with. Even so, I would recommend this app to everyone. It's been a great help!
