App is really easy to use, and works really well so far with the feeding schedule and proportions.. but the notifications don't work. It doesn't notify me if the food has been dispensed or if the food is low so assuming it won't tell me if it jams or food is empty either. All notification settings are turned on through the app as well as in my phone settings so this is definitely a bug. Have to physically check the food levels so if you're away or get busy this will be an issue. Hope they fix it

This app was working fine until I added my partner to the account. Then the feeder schedule turned off and wouldn't stay turned on. The history just said no activity even though there was a history of activity on the app already. Was able to fix this issue by removing my partner from the account but now I'm the only one with access. Please fix asap!

Litter box no longer works since I updated the app. I have the scoop free 2 and since I did the app update, I can no longer connect to the litter box. It has been 4 days, I've tried reconnecting everything and nothing works. I cant even report a problem from the app to get help. Until I did the update I was very happy with this product.
