Really great discounts at a lot of restaurants. I didn't try the cashback yet but will definitly try it in the future and update my review. Sometimes the cashier didn't know about the Knaek app so they had to check with their manager, but I always got the discount. The app itself works like it should, I didn't have any issues yet. The favorite deal feature is really great, you don't have to scroll through the entire list of discounts every time.

App clear and easy to use and manipulate. Good that it can be translated to English for non-dutch. A remark would be a heads-up about the timer for the discount code, as this makes showing the code in enough time a challenge. Also, during corona, some discounts are not valid, so make sure to check with the store/restaurant beforehand! Otherwise, the app has worked fine for me so far!

If u click by mistake on a discount that is only available once a day and don t scan it within the 30 seconds, it just disappears and can't make use of it anymore. It should be a warning or smth that tells u that u will actually lose the discount if u dont scan it as fast as possible

Hi Stefan, bedankt voor je feedback! Als je op 'gebruik korting' klikt krijg je een melding te zien met 'deze korting is 1x per dag te gebruiken'. Alleen als je op 'doorgaan' klikt, wordt de korting geactiveerd. Als je tips of verbeterpunten hebt, zou je ons dit dan per e-mail kunnen laten weten? info@knaek.nl
