I have never rated an app before but feel compelled to do so after this experience. Drivers have no understanding of how the app works, showed the app and essentially had to wait till the driver got frustrated enough to just wave us by. The app has poor user interface for dates and ages. The app forces you to turn off airplane mode even though you're using wifi. Major issue for us was sharing a ticket. It shared fine but was immediately expired. Issue was because of not synchronized time zone.

Used to be a great app, just activate the ticket and show it to the driver. Now its just going to a blank white screen. Its costing me £8.30 to get to work and back instead of £5.50 a day which is a hell of a change as I now pay with contactless. No option of getting a friend with an iPhone to buy my tickets and send them to me either as you're not allowed to send discounted bundles. The drivers are great, but the app is useless.

Using this app for almost two years, it works great most of the time, some updates bring crashing issue, but it's fixable. For crashing problem, go to app info - storage and cache, clear storage. It will fix the app for you, but you will have to log to your account again, so make sure you remember your details. For white screen / being unable to purchase ticket with credit or debit card, add the card to Google pay and pay with Google pay, worked for me.
