If I could give Hugolog zero stars I would! I bought Hugolog security cameras from Amazon 2 years ago and they worked great and everything was fine until February of this year. Cameras still wo work with the app does not work. No notifications tried everything to fix it even got a hold of customer service and they told me that they're comedy went in a different direction, try to reset the cameras. I did and it Didn't work! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND HUGOLOG!

App constantly crashes. Huge delay on notifications. Camera has great video quality. But very delayed notifications are the huge down fall. Someone could be in my home for 10 minutes before notified.

Is there another app for these cameras?! Cameras are great. I haven't got notifications for almost a year, emailed them a few times adt it and never heard anything back. Now the recordings are 4 days behind, so I can see recordings from 4 days ago but not today. So over it. Time to shop for another camera!
