Upgrade sucks This app worked great and had no issues. Just did the update 4 days ago and my cameras are constantly offline. If this problem isn't fixed soon I'll be switching to a new system. Updated since the new upgrade in February. Had 2 cameras go out and our chased new ones that worked fine until it made me upgrade to the new firmware then it did the same as the others do. Won't scan the QR code but pushes it through as paired but it's not.

The app is an absolute nightmare. I have one camera but I have to look at four positions. The older software which , is much better , won't talk to the newer cameras which is ridiculous.

Would not recommend this camera to my worst enemy horrible experience no customer service insanely expensive bill comes every month even after you cancel service from a mysterious company in China that I can't find any info about!!! My bank has tried contacting to get then to stop sending me bills and they can't reach them!!!
