This insurance is a scam. I have submitted the same reimbursement claims multiple times only for each one to be denied, requesting more and more documents every time, each more difficult to obtain than the last and now just darn right unrealistic. It's been four months for one claim. One would think they're priority is to find every and any excuse not to pay. 🤔

This app is terrible. When I try to look at notifications it just gives the loading circle symbol for hours, and if I ever actually manage to read the notifications they give such little information that they are pretty much useless. I also often get a screen that says the app is under maintenance but when other people try on different devices there is no maintenance. The replies here say to call customer service but when you call you wait for hours and then they say to check the app!

Horrible app, practically impossible to find claim reimbursement information or claim status. Update as of March 2024: continues to be horrible, no clear info on claims, no automated notifications expect on settlement so for instance I don't know if a claim is approved or not or for what amount unless I check them individually in the app and eventually call customer service. I have used 3 other insurance companies in the UAE and this is by far the worst app in comparison.
