This is my first time using the app. So, I am not sure about the service. But I gave 3 stars cause I love the brand, especially earphones.

This app have so many error, I think the testing didn't test on both user interface and user experience, UAT testing, the registration OTP code is not received, so annoyed for user. Don't use this app until they don't test uset experience.

This app is really bad. In my point of view, If I want to see a product, this app is show me to update for looking product. Please fix this situation.
