My girlfriend and I started our own dance studio and looked through countless of booking systems. Simplybook was perfect for us!! Incredible customer service and the features are absolutely amazing. This booking system even gives you your own customizable application!! However, it does take a few days to understand how to use it, but if you ever need help there is always a live agent who is incredibly helpful. Currently, we had around 500 clients use our booking system with no issues.

This program has many faults. Don't use it to check in if u have an existing appt already booked. It doesn't warn you that you are canceling your already booked appt and has no way to just load your information

Really frustrating that I keep getting signed out after 10mins of inactivity. What's the point of setting a pin if I'm going to get kicked out every time?
