Almost perfect but great app! I would like to give a suggestion. It would be a really nice feature to be able to delete incorrect invoices. Seeing shipme uses their own tracking or package numbers, at times, it can be difficult to identify which is which. This issue is amplified when the weights and the item categories assigned are the same. Perhaps the tracking number from the incoming shipper could be displayed with the item That's aside, the updates and customer service options are superb!

Update: Notwitstanding the issue I initially raised below, the app itself is great. Loving the clean interface that provides easy and convenient access to all feature sets. Good Work team! App is telling me invalid user name or password. Something tells me there's a disconnect between the app and database. Gonna chalk it up to teething pains and give you one star for recognition of the need and convenience of the app. I will update when the team fixes the glitch....cause I know my password

It appears that the app isn't able to handle passwords longer than 9 characters. Try changing your password to something short and see if you're able to log in and then report back. We will resolve this issue by Monday.

Easy to use Can your app developers please change the alert button to a brighter colour - red, for example. It would certainly make it easier to see. That pale button, not cutting it at all. In addition, it would be easier if you enable the app so that we could copy the tracking numbers and your SME numbers if a query arises.
