Edit- I used this for all three free 28 day workouts. After I was done, it will no longer work. I was going to keep doing the advanced. But it wont work. I really like this app. I've used it for 2.5 months and have noticed a big difference. It only takes a few minutes to complete, I do my in the morning. My only complaint is that if mid exercise you accidentally hit the "back" button, you cannot return to the step you were on. You must start at the beginning.

Remarkable app for getting into the habit of exercising regularly. I finished the 28 days workout routine with ease. It will start easy and increase intensity very slowly. The pace is quite comfortable. The workouts target all muscle groups and doesn't take much time of the day. Also, even if you just have to start and you will automatically fall into the rythm. I recommended to all my friends and they are also using it ;)

I like that you have the option to choose a workout based on beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Since I am just starting to workout again, the beginner level was perfect for me. I felt I got a good workout without feeling discouraged because I could not keep up with the instructor. The pace, number of reps, and rest times were suitable for the beginners level. I look forward to seeing the results as I continue to use this app.
