IsiMobile is the official National Bank of Vanuatu Mobile Banking application for personal and business customers.
A secure and convenient way to manage your money on the go.
Key features:
• Quick Balance – view balances of all your accounts and transaction histories up to 3 months
• Loan Accounts – view your loan balances, interest rate, repayment details
• Term Deposits – view details of your term deposits and create new term deposits
• Transfers – transfer funds between your accounts, to other NBV accounts, or domestically, and view your transfer history up to 3 months
• Transfer between multi-currency accounts
• Pay School Fees - transfer directly from your account to the school account with a proper record of your payment
• Mobile Top-Ups - recharge Digicel or Vodafone prepaid phone
• View current exchange rates
• Exchange rate calculator
Getting started:
You must complete an application form at any NBV branch to register for IsiMobile.
After registration, you will receive an email welcome message with temporary login credentials, then follow these steps:
• Install the App on your device
• Open the App
• Enter your customer number
• Enter your temporary password
• Click on Login and enter your temporary PIN
• A new PIN and password will be required along with the name of your device (e.g. Fred’s phone)

A great banking app.. Would like to see future improvements in transferring money from NBV to other bank accounts within Vanuatu. Being out of country and using this app has helped me alot.. Ta For future updates could you enable people to download their bank statement from the app. Ta

I really love this app. Its very easy and faster to use and accessible .Transactions are carried out and ready in real-time. I have started using it when launched. Just raising for future consideration if the app can pick up/detect the name of external NBV customers (other than your own acct number) when you type up their 10 digit numbers to transfer funds to. This will help us to be 100% sure We are sending money to the intended recipient or if it does not show up we recheck the digits. I would recommend this app to NBV customers. I will give it a 5 Star rating.

Not so reliable when you dont get notifications that your subscription will somehow be disable when needed. The extension number 501 is unreachable disconnected for some reasons, even when you were instructed to uninstall and reinstall for several attempts with your correct password. Now what is the REALIABLE 24/7 SERVICE ANYWAY!
