Utter garbage. Slow and laggy, and really user unfriendly. Bugs galore. Didn't have my address in Korea in their system. Forced to use the app as the website won't accept image files for your picture greater than 100kb, which is absolutely laughable. This is going to be a lot of tourists first point of contact with Korea and it is a terrible experience.

Definitely not user friendly. In android version, it requires me to allow app to have an overlay or it won't continue (just as other Android users mentioned before). This is totally ridiculous. So I decided to do the "old fashion" way which is to apply via computer. I just had to compressed the passport picture using Adobe (free), and Biteable (free) to resize the self portrait photo to 700x700 px. Payment went through easy. I got approved!

Pretty bad. As many people have noted, it requires permission to overlay other apps and won't continue without it. That's unnecessary. Then when you check your status, the page is too small to read, and you can't zoom. There's a print button, but pressing it does nothing. The app is pretty worthless. With almost all negative reviews, obviously no one is supporting or monitoring the issues. My guess is government corruption. Probably the funds allocated for an app went into someone's pocket.
