The last update doesn't work properly, it gets stuck most of the time. Notifications don't disappear after you check them, and everything is so slow. It certainly needs another update. Also, the support system is useless and not professional. Got rather a big crowd of customers, which makes it a good option.(and that's the only advantage) Overall, the company acts in a way that's only beneficial to it like a traditional Iranian dealer!

The last update is a disaster. The native app gets converted to a PWA! The user experience is awful. I mean really awful. I can write a long list of bad UI/UX decisions but I don't think it's necessary because every single person uses the app would have know what I mean.

This is my experience of 9 years. As long as you don't have trouble buying and selling on esam, everything seems to be going well. But when you as a buyer face a problem, the dispute resolution team prefers a judgment that favors the site to any problem, even if the buyer is right and complete documentation is provided. I bought a laptop and the seller removes some parts from the inside and easily claims that he knows about them. Support will only send you the copy text if you need help
