Gong Cha (DC, MD, VA)

I think my review got deleted but this app only works for VA, MD and DC, despite other locations advertising it. If you aren't in those minimal locations, you can't use the coupons, order ahead, view menus or get delivery. It sucks and excludes dozens of locations, so I don't know what the issue is, but the app is pretty much worthless if you don't happen to live in those states. The stores in other areas won't honor coupons from the app, and don't receive app updates.

Overall, great app for online ordering. My only issue is that the function to purchase with a gift card or earn points/free drinks when using a gift card in-store does not exist. Definitely deters customers from using/purchasing gift cards, seems like a no-brainer to fix this.

This is so user friendly! The best bubble tea order app I ever used, quick and simple! I always order my favorite tea, but hate every time to repeat about size, ice level, topping when I order.. now just one click, so quick! And sign up is so simple, you don't need to share any of you personal information, only a phone#, and then you got a code, that's all for sign up. I got my first order half price, it also has buy 10 get 1 free. 5 star, definitely recommend this app to everyone!
