1) when doing order, please let us complete the order then prompt us with new order. Its annoying to keep skipping all so that I can see where the customer destination is at. 2) please do something for customer cancellation. Like if driver within 100m radius, they can't cancel already. Frustrating, few times I encounter ride cancel when I reach their carpark.

Always assign pick up location that I have drove pass what is the point, app cannot tell the direction heading? waste time and petrol to make u turn. Map also not accurate with location. Informed many time road change cannot cut thru, cannot u-turn also no improvement. Still have lots to improve on the IT. Why Tada cannot educate rider cannot pick up at Bus-stop or taxi stand?

Lousy DESTINATION FUNCTION. Once destination job was selected and given to DRIVER, you can only see ACKNOWLEDGE, and keep on appear ACKNOWLEDGE, you can't see where the pickup and drop off, once acknowledged, you already miss the turn and have to make big round to pick up point, worse destination put near MEYER ROAD, give UBI, especially peak hour jam like HELL. Both systems and Management have good point but towards wrong direction. Efficient but not effective..
