Best app for Acaia scales. Very clean, and functional design which so many apps lack. Easy to get working and is very esponsive! Some features that I think would be great additions if at all possible. (1) It would be nice to be able to preset the dose to a fixed value for those who do premeasured single dosing. Or at least make entering dose faster with a keypad instead of the scrolling wheel. (2) Start data collection by starting the timer on the scale, sometimes I like the larger readout.

Great and well designed app! Great for the specialty coffee nerds like myself especially when paired with an acaia scale. One thing I wish the app had was a "comparison" feature that could overlay mutiple graphs (2 or even 3) from your history for comparison. It could display in full-screen similar to the "overview" screen. This feature I would love to see implemented.

Thoughtful automation & UI. Works beautifully & simply without distracting from brewing experience. I think this is a really nice app. Tried various other brew log apps and found them all a bit noisy visually and tedious to use. Was reluctant to add a screen to my espresso routine at first, but want to get a better observe the dynamics during the extraction, especially since I have some control with a manual lever. I don't have the bluetooth pressure sensor, but use it with a blue tooth scaled. Minimal interaction with the phone while brewing. Scale automatically connects. Only have to press the screen on two occasions. Once to set the dose after weigh in, and once to start the timer. Lift cup to stop timer is great. I like that selecting a brew reference automatically logs the prebrew notes previously entered. The scrubber/slider works great for reviewing details in the graphs. Looking forward to trying this soon with the pressure sensor. To the developer: I see that some users of three DE have modded a picture-in-picture function to record extraction at the portafilter. I don't know how difficult it is to write that code, but feel like it would be great to have that additional piece of data/visual reference to relate to the charts. Appreciate the great care put into developing this. Thanks for making this available to the community.
