Everytime I have an appointment they just get cancelled ixwaitkng for nearly an hour yesterday for them you never call me and again today they called me twice and it was just a black screen then I had a text saying they had to cancelle. Livi app is a good idea but dosant work properly they need to fix a faw things before turning people to this app untill then I won't be using it. Worst app ever.

Doesn't work. Get started - touch fingerprint sensor and the blank page just spins. Error message says "something went wrong try again or contact support" how can you do that if you can't access the app?! Poor - very poor.

1st time using Livi this morning. the call was a little late but can be expected these days. was very impressed with the service. i showed her my skin problem, explained ive had similar before and what i was given and she prescribed the same. explained there was another option if required but the option we were taking was the best one given the nature of the problem. will certainly use again if need to. i was extremely worried it would fail i would miss the call but all simple and easy to set up
