This used to be a great app, but recently, it stopped working as an app and now when I try to log in to see my benefits /appointments, I can't because it shuts the app down and opens up the internet browser. I've logged in via that but it doesn't show me what I need to see. Kinda of very disappointing. Not sure what they did with the last few updates but it definitely doesn't work anymore.

Edit: The app finally works, I like it. I emailed last year when I had the initial problem. They reset my account and gave me a new user ID. It still didn't work. I signed in and it closed after 30 seconds of use. Then I tried to sign in again and it said incorrect or invalid. P.s. I attempted to contact WIC via the app and it wants me to have an email account through my phone and I do not have that. P.p.s. this was not my first attempt using this app. It did not work before either.

The scanner on the app hardly works. You have to keep reopening the scanner with it already pointing at the bar codes any other way does not work-I spend a lot of time going back & reopening the scanner. However recently this app has stopped working!! Says "unable to connect servers, try again later" has been going on for over a wk! Try reinstalling it & it didn't work! I'm not the only one getting this message. Going to contact my WIC branch to see if there's anything they can do. Super frustrating it hasn't been fixed yet!!!
