CoopCycle

In principle I was on board with this app and what it promised, namely fair treatment of its employees. I managed to order a few times, and had mixed experiences in the process. The app feels like a black box. You order something and pay money, then you hope for the best. If you want feedback, you can call the restaurant and see if they got your order. At some point somebody arrives with your food. Recently, the app stopped working entirely and I can no longer see restaurants' menus or order.

Tried to order during the window, put my address in ten!!! times, but it obliterated itself, no order possible. Very disappointing. I had posted on our estate Facebook, with 700 flats, within the shaded area, and recommended one of the restaurants.

Happy about the choice of restaurants and service was good. 5 stars also because It's time for Lieferando to end to their food delivery monopoly in Berlin. CoopCycle is the other option I was waiting for!
