There are more than 400,000 audiobooks on Libro.fm, including bestsellers and bookseller picks, and your audiobook purchases are synced with the app immediately so you can start listening right away. 2. Visit Libro.fm and select your first audiobook.
3. Sign into the app with your Libro.fm account.
4. Download your audiobook(s) and start listening.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
- Each month, you receive one audiobook credit in exchange for an automatic charge to your credit card. Your membership provides ongoing support for your chosen independent bookstore.
- Audiobook credits from your membership can be used on your choice of audiobooks, regardless of list price. (Note: Certain audiobooks cannot be purchased with credits due to publisher restrictions).
- Audiobook credits never expire and can be used on gifts.
- As a member, you receive 30% off additional à la carte audiobook purchases, including gifts.
- You can place your membership on hold or cancel anytime and keep your audiobooks and unused credits.

Love this alternative, honestly. Couple of titles I couldn't find, but most of the mainstream options are there. I once asked them for a "night mode" option: customer service got back to me promptly, very nice, clearly passionate about their work.. & in a future update there was a darker screen to fall asleep to :) The large cover photo & the little white bar @ the top are still a bit bright for 3 am eyes but w the overall darker settings was finally able to fall asleep to a story when needed!

Love the app and ability to support local bookstores. Similar to other reviews you do have to go to the site to select your books vs. via the application. Not a huge inconvenience but detracts from the experience typical users may expect. I'm sure they have reason and/or are working on a solution. Overall a business that is considering impact over profit is always a 5 in my book. Thank you Libro team 👏

Really love this indie supporting alternative to Audible. I wish the app would let me browse the catalogue and I wish the tracks were all labeled as chapters, though this has been improved lately. Really love how precise the speed is and that you can have the book pause at the end of a chapter. Great selection of books!
