With the Openbank mobile banking app, manage your bank accounts in a simple, intuitive and secure way.

Management for your day to day

• Pay with your mobile in all establishments that accept contactless payment.
• Send money instantly with Bizum.
• Login with your fingerprint.
• Turn your cards off and on temporarily by location and usage. For example, choose if you want to use it only in certain countries or turn off its use in ATMs.
• Check all the details of your card, including PIN and CVV.
• Program and carry out national transfers and register new habitual beneficiaries.
• Check your expenses, classified by categories and have greater control of your movements.
• Add your other banks and check all your finances at a glance from your Openbank App with the Financial Aggregator.
• Defer payment of purchases and payments.
• You can contract any of our cards: debit, credit or our Premium and Diamond Packs.
• Modify the limit of your cards.
• Load and unload your prepaid cards.
• You can apply for loans for contingencies or whatever you need.
• Manage your receipts and direct debits 100% digitally.
• Customize your personal avatar and consult or modify your personal data or passwords.

Lousy customer service in The Netherlands. They say you can reach them by email, but they refuse to answer simple questions and tell them you have to call them. I want answers in writing! It appears the €40 bonus when becoming a new customer appear to be a scam too! They have a long paper with conditions, and if, and only if you match the conditions you receive the €40 after 1 month. It's almost 2 months now, and still nothing! A simple question about the when of the bonus is just not answered!

There are a lot of improvements that can be done. In the application when transferring you should be able to see the amount of the "account from" when you select it, so you do not have to remember the amount you have on your bank. Also in the overview you are not able to see where you have transfered the money to, which should be a basic functionality. There are still a lot of functionalities missing, for example repeat transfer, a clear overview. This application has to improve a lot still

I was informed in the app that I won't be able to use it unless I update it. Here I am in the app store and while they talk about 'what's new' there is no update button anywhere. Hopefully that will change so I can use it. Even the message in the app should have had a link and there wasn't. I'm not impressed 😐
