As a UR Medicine patient, you can use our MyURMedicine mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for UR Medicine patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere. The UR Medicine mobile app also helps you find and get directions to our hospitals, urgent care, imaging, and lab locations; view information on more than 1,300 of our specialists; and read up on the latest UR Medicine health and wellness information.
Using MyChart you can:
• View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations.
• Request appointments and prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your health care team.
• Organize all your medical information into one personal health record.
• View and pay your bill online.
You need to have a MyChart account to access the MyChart features.

The app isn't that great and the layout is confusing at times. I have so many old things on the appointments page that I can't seem to get rid of. It's unclear if bloodworm is needed for an appointment....a lot of little things that should be fixed. I do like the message piece, that seems to work well.

I absolutely love the app. It makes finding results, seeing when medications have been sent to the pharmacy, upcoming appointments, past appointments with appointment notes. I can use it to send questions, non-emergency and about medications. It makes things so much easier when you have a hectic life and really only have time to stop and look at things in the evening.

My Chart makes every medical appointment, check-in, test, medicine change SO SIMPLE! It is so wonderful to have all of that information in ONE place. It is cool to view test results as they post in REAL TIME! You can check them out yourself! I love the GPS with addresses for upcoming appointments. No more getting lost! Everything you need is at your fingertips when you need it. Text and email reminders are handy. I love that you can message any staff member or physician directly! Amazing! 😊
