The app itself is sometimes quite buggy, doesn't have notification channels so you can't turn off promotional notifications without blocking all other ones. When it works, it works well. But when a seller ships an incorrect item and you report it within the set time frame after receiving it, nothing happens. I haven't gotten a refund, the seller went silent after a while and I haven't gotten any response from the support email address besides an automated one. Rules prohibit PayPal refund claims

Amazing deals on brand new and 'like new' clothes, shoes, accessories... Everything I've bought is in excellent condition - there's a very high standard - and it's becoming an addiction! I'm building up a brand new wardrobe with designer names that I couldn't afford to buy new from stores. No-one would ever know that I've only paid the most minimum amount of money to look great! It's a secret - don't tell anyone!!!

The app is ok. But when u order something from Concierge system, which gives the option to return goods that didn't fit - they never return u money in full. Every single time they "forget" 20-50 eur. They think that the buyer will not notice. Be careful! Count everything yourself. U always need to write with support and ask to recalculate your refund. Also they have a 3 day limit for private people to send clothes, but from Concierge u will wait 5-7 days always before they ship.
