About this app
This is the App edition of the BEST SOFTWARE (BITZER Electronics Service Tool) for connecting to BITZER IQ products that support Bluetooth. Quickly configure the devices, monitor the operation and view the alarms including alarm help texts. Furthermore, the datalogs can be retrieved from the devices, visualized and uploaded to the myBITZERcloud for storage and sharing with other devices and people.
Supported products:

- For firmware update use the Windows version of BEST
// IQ MODULE CM-RC-01
- Requires firmware version 2.5.246.00 or newer
- For firmware update use the Windows version of BEST as it requires to connect via the BEST converter
// IQ MODULE CM-SW-01
- Requires firmware version 2.8.82.00 or newer
- For firmware update use the Windows version of BEST as it requires to connect via the BEST converter
// CSV
- Bluetooth is available by the CSV frequency inverters with the control board of the 2nd generation. This control board can be recognized by the STO input (orange connector) or the RJ12 socket for the BEST converter
- Requires firmware version 1.92 or newer
- For first configuration (change of refrigerant or configuring the compressor type in case of spare parts) use the Windows version of BEST as it requires to connect via the BEST converter. Also for firmware updates

- Requires firmware version 5ᱹ0ᱹ2 or newer
- For firmware update use the Windows version of BEST

Software is fine but recently we test compressor in our place for 30 minutes and it's work normally, and we send it to customers, and there it's not working,oil pressure alarm come out always.

Works fine on my laptop to connect to compressors. Doesn't connect using my phone or any of my work colleagues phones though. Am I missing something? Should this work on mobile phones??

For quite sure the firmware of the electronic device(s) is too old. Please see the description of the App for the minimum firmware versions required. Or contact best-feedback@bitzer.de for further details/trouble-shooting. Your BITZER team

Still unable to connect to Ecostar via Bluetooth on my S20. Firmware version 4.410.

Dear Tom,
Connecting with the Apps requires firmware version 5.0.2.0 of the ECOSTAR (adding Bluetooth Low Energy Support). This firmware is included in the Windows version of BEST. You need to update to this version before you can connect to the ECOSTAR using the Apps.
