I really like how ZOHO social gives you really detailed easy to read social media reports for the price. I haven't found anything comparable in this department. I also like how it breaks it up into brands, it makes managing multiple brands easier. The only downfall in my eyes is the sizing of the photos. It doesn't want to auto crop your photos which is good, but it makes you have to export photos in different sizes.

All around a pretty good product. For most small businesses I think that the standard plan would be enough - some of the feature in the advanced plans are limited. However, I think Zoho has put together a solid product for managing social media and it's worth at least giving it a shot. They give a free trial without paying first so it's a huge plus.

-Hard to review published & scheduled posts due to large thumbnails. -Insights feature should be collapsible instead of opening new page. -Hasn't changed for Daylight Saving Time CDT. Can't be edited by user. -In sharing from Chrome, app gets url, but not page title. Happy for option to turn off url shortener. -App, Chrome ext & browser version - suggest thumbnail of pic in wp template instead of blog pic.
