Its a good app especially if used for online teaching. But there are few problems that I would like to point out and those are that whenever there's is an update, its mandatory to update otherwise the app wont work. Also the recent ( ie 02/09/20) updated version is not working properly. The chat, question and polls sections are not working properly and doesn't load the new messages and question. Kindly look after the issue or go back to older version

Hi Srishti, we are mandating updates once in a while to make sure all users are using the latest version available without any issues. Regarding chat, questions, polls not updating, the issue has been fixed in the latest version 11.0.1. Kindly update the app and let us know your feedback.

The screen on which the video is played, most of the times don't adjust according to the mobile screen. it cuts off some portions. Also the panel above the screen on which "Rise hand to share your mic/camera" is written and panel below the screen with two dots, irritates very very much. Instead it can be a small circular button on the right hand side of the screen and the two dots below the screen without white/black background stripe with vanishing feature just like youtube player buttons.

Hi, We are working on video size issue and will be fixed in next update. We can't hide the page indicator at bottom since then users might not know there are other pages in the Presentation tab. We'll think about hand raise banner placement in our upcoming updates.

Kindly remove this updation which is done on September 2 . In this update we are unable to mute and unmute trainers video and it is consuming a lot of data too . The screen is too small and not able to see it clearly . Pls remove this updation and kindly put that video muting and unmuting facility back . We are not able to zoom the screen also. This is creating a lot of problems for students . Hope you would understand the problem and do the needful .......

Hi, Trainer and attendee videos will be disabled once you go to another tab or video. Only, currently viewing video alone would consume data. Regarding video size and zoom option, we are working on it. You can expect it to be rolled out in our upcoming updates.
