The app is great! Service is not! I placed my 1st order with the app & paid, this went smoothly. Got notification telling me 15-20 mins to pick up my order while I'm sitting in parking lot, we go in @ 25 mins & check pickup bin, NOTHING. We go out for a vape, go back & still no food in pickup bin. 1 hour later we're still waiting for our food! Can I cancel order? NO because I've already paid thru app & we're not sitting down in store. This place is absolutely 💯 ridiculous!!

The Restaurant & Employee's Are Great! 5 stars all the way. The App... on the other hand is complete garbage. Tested on multiple phones, The App crashes most of the time upon opening and if it just happens to open on the hundredth attempt, then once you tap anything once, it crashes. Clearing Cache & Data / Reinstalling has allowed The App to work for a few minutes once, but then starts crashing again. Basically The App is useless, screenshot your rewards barcode and order online to save yourself the headache. Lastly, the scanning wouldn't work for me either.

Good gawd, this app is horrible. I have several restaurant, pizza and similar apps on my phone, and this is the worst that I have ever seen. Tried installing and activating it twice - 2 days apart - because I couldn't believe it was as bad as it seemed. Demands a card before you can even look over the app. First time I tried to choose a location, it showed places in Indiana and Kentucky; I'm in Florida. Second time, it simply showed the spinning circle for 3 minutes before I bailed (650mbps wifi
