When doing tasks it won't submit. Just on the safety checklist but the rest work. Not understanding the problem zenput customer support was no help. Have to use the website to do the tasks not really that convenient. Was told my phone wasn't compatible. Revval 6 which is an upgrade from the revval 5 and it worked just fine on there.

This app can be so frustrating; at least once a week I have to Uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, sign out then in, turn wifi off then on, and MAYBE it'll send in the submissions the first round of troubleshooting.

I have 2 s23 ultras both with the same software versions. It works great on one but not the other. Keeps giving an unknown error when trying to login the companies email. Ended up having to clear the cache on my one phones browser a few times to get it working properly
