Interesting concept, but missed the mark, uploaded couple years worth of chat with videos, pictures, voice... took an hour or 2 to complete only to be told that the pictures videos and voice I would have to add manually, which defeats the purpose of the app. Hopefully they figure it out in the future, but right now unless you're doing a short chat and easily can upload the videos and voice..not worth the time .

In all honesty, I found this all a bit average. The app only allows you to do so much and it really needs to be done on a desktop. You have no freedom in making the text bigger or moving the whatsapp message around to space it out - so instead everything was squeezed onto 28 pages and then i had 16 pages or so of blankness. When the book arrived in the post it had been stuffed into the packaging as the front cover and the first 5 or so pages was bent over. It is what it is, but far from impressed and won't use again. On a side note, I wasn't even going to write a review but Zapptales emailed me asking for one...there you go.

Our layout makes it easy for everyone to turn their (usually much longer) chats into a book with the best value for money in mind. Apologies for the bent pages – that shouldn’t happen. Really disappointing app. It took 14 hours to download the chat from WhatsApp, during which time, you couldn't leave the app or else it would cancel the download. Once downloaded, it didn't have any of the media files (photos, videos, GIFs etc). You had to put these in manually. I started to do this and soon realised the captions for the media are not included, which means the conversation printout is then very confused as the caption comments are often crucial parts of the conversation. Lame.
