EMOM - "Every minute on the minute". Wodzzly - Functional Training app Timer counts 1-minute intervals for as long as you would like. A beeping sound will let you know every time one interval is over and the next one begins.
Tabata - The "Tabata" style of interval workouts or HIIT combines WORK and REST intervals. You can set your own time schedule, as well as the total rounds that you would like to complete.

It is particularly oriented towards Wodzzly - Functional Training and its type of training (WODs) with weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. However you don't need to do functional training to use this timer, it is also good for other types of training such as running intervals, calisthenics (plank and other static holds) any type of stretching, and even regular gym sessions where you need to time your resting periods.

Is the Wodzzly Functional Training app available in multiple languages?
No, currently it’s only available in English. But we are working hard on it to make it available in multiple languages.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
if you don’t have any equipment available you can use no equipment workouts. But for some CrossFit style workouts, you will need Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Jump Ropes, Pull-ups Bar, DIp Bar, and others.

What do the workouts look like?
Wodzzly - Functional Training app workouts are built around different combinations of equipment and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 30 minutes.

As someone who is picky about fitness apps, this one is pretty sweet. I'm only giving 3 stars because the exercise library is lacking a lot of the exercises listed in the workouts, and that's a big deal.

At first glance there are many wonderful things about the this app! I would recommend this app to experienced athletes. Here's what I'd add: Cons: 1. No scalability feature ex. For those who cannot do muscle ups, snatches, or any other technical movements, I'd love to see an easy way to scale these for beginners so I could recommend my beginner clients this app 2. The timers are a little limited. I have workouts that are E2MOM every 2 min on the min. Minor inconvenience though

Love the dynamic options the app offers to include, and most of all, the daily WOD posted on the Push Jerk tab.
