If one thing I have learned about buying groceries online is they are not to be exceptional with their services, I have had my fair share of missing items or those out of stock products, but what makes it easier and convenient is their customer service, those ladies will call you and make sure that your order is ok and they do keep to their promise of sending the driver to deliver for the items that are missing, they are convenient... Look out for them

Firstly the app does not work properly, my order stayed in the payment option throughout. I was double debited because of this, reached out to an agent that assisted with the refund but was unable to move my order status resulting in me not being able to track my order. They had not informed arrival prior to delivery. The driver had informed that he would contact head office to arrange for delivery and get back to me. I had to call and find out that my order was cancelled.

VERY BAD SERVICE, would not recommand this app and if you ever use it NEVER PAY WITH YOUR CARD. I ordered something 3 or 4 days ago spent 2-3hours waiting for it just for them to call and say that the order was cancelled due to delivery issues, so I asked for a refund they asked for my name and a receipt showing that my account has been debited which I did. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REIMBURSMENT NOR AN ANSWER TO MY MESSAGES, I called the number they said they were gonna fix the prob still nothing
