Works well most of the time, currently only using it for cameras. The two things i don't like 1)There's no way to remotely restart a device if it's offline so if it goes offline while you're away, it's useless. Also, can't restart a battery powered camera at all, can only switch off or on at the actual camera 2)I wish they would move the "camera offline" notification to a different section because it just gets lost in all the motion detection notifications.

It works one update and then they break it the next update. It's super inconsistent. Just today someone was at the door and I couldn't view the doorbell camera because the app would just keep closing as soon as I clicked on the doorbell camera to view it. Stop updating the app if you are just going to break it. I wish I could disable updates once it's fixed because I never know when it's going to work or not.

It's an overall easy app to setup and use. I just don't care for the layout of it. My one issue is with trying to share the camera. It doesn't show up as a device. The only way my husband can view it is if he goes in notifications and clicks view. We followed the instructions on sharing it with pin codes but it still doesn't seem right. The picture quality is fine the majority of the time as long as my wifi is being cooperative. All in all it does the job

Hi! You can view devices that were shared to you by going to the Main Menu and clicking on "Shared Devices". You can also choose to share the whole "Home" in Home Managment (click the down arrow on the main screen by the home name at the top) and adding more users to the Home.
