Xero Me is a self service employee tool that helps small businesses reduce the time spent gathering and fielding requests.
Save time on expense management by empowering your employees to self-serve work admin tasks..

To log in to Xero Me you must be granted permission by your employer. Access to Expenses requires a Xero Expenses subscription and access permission granted by your employer.

Check with your employer if you are having trouble logging in.

Note. You will only have access to mobile features your organisation has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).

Key features include:

- Capture cost as they happen: scan and submit expenses, company card and mileage claim, anytime, anywhere.
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from your photo receipt to auto fill the expense claim
- Track your mileage: use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster.
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go.
- With admin permissions, setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts.

The new app is terrible. The previous expenses app was much more user friendly. New app is very clunky and much harder to navigate. Will not remember me when I go to log in and have not been asked yet to set a pin rather than logging in using an email and password. Loading expenses claims is now a much lengthier process compared to the last version. Photos of reciepts don't have an easy to find analyse option any more and the whole app feels more like navigating a Web page rather than an app.

new app is slower, requires more steps, requires users to tap up, down and across the screen (next step used to be at the bottom of the screen only). The receipt analysis doesn't seem to work either. Ironically the old app finds that same receipt and notifies me with the correct OCR The UI tries to be clean but adds layers that are also a bit confusing UPDATE : Approval process fails which never happened on the old app. I've had to go to the old app to approve that same expense

you keep changing the app with new requirements without giving adequate information such as the need for 6 digits authentication. no info where to find it. have not received any such authentication code by any means. Absolute shocker and frustration system.
