I would really rather give it 4.5 stars for mainly one reason. This app is really great for logging workouts and it's simple to use while also being a great place to log workouts of your own along with benchmarks. The only gripe I have is the dates when inputting a WOD result. Every time you put in a result on a certain day, the app logs it as the day prior. I'm not sure if this is a calendar issue or what but it's a bit annoying that you have to remember to put the day after your workout.
