At first, the baggage is included, and all is fine, but after the payment, it turns out there's a baggage included only for the departure flight, and no baggage included for the return flight?! And there is no way to add it or buy it, only on the day of return, at the airport, if available. Use another platform...

I booked a flight yesterday, and the app has been has been informing to wait for a ticket. I was informed that a confirmation for the flight has been established, but I must wait for a ticket. Money was withdrawn from my account. This morning, I received an email informing that my credit card declined the payment. Yet money has been withdrawn from my visa card. Something is off with this company.
